Mayfield Chocolates’ specialty lies in entwining Belgian traditions with the native flavours of Australia. Cocoa of all shades is infused and introduced to the slightly exotic Australian bush – you’ll find lavender creams, lemon myrtle and macadamia, Kakadu plum jelly and famed Queensland rum crafted into delicate bites of chocolate, to name but a few. Mayfield Chocolates is also known for its crunchy florentines, made from Australian almonds and pistachios mixed with cream and citrus and slathered in sumptuous chocolate.
