Louisiana Redclaw – Opening Soon
Are you ready to get your hands dirty? Louisiana Redclaw is bringing traditional Southern-style crawfish boils to Fortitude Valley’s M&A dining precinct, due to open in the coming weeks. Instead of crawfish as a specialty, the casual eatery will serve up native Australian redclaw crayfish (yabbies) boiled in Cajun-style spices. As well as redclaw, you can choose from the likes of Alaskan king crab, prawns, clams and more, tossed in your flavour of choice (think original Cajun or garlic butter) with your selected level of heat. Fried seafood options will also be on the menu, as well as a range of American-style sides. Diners will be encouraged to use their hands and don’t worry – bibs and gloves will be available.
