Local Mobile Deli


After food-truck hopping their way across the great big continent of North America last year, Brisbane locals Dominiqe Bird and Sam Davis decided to launch their own street food trailer. The Local Mobile Deli menu takes inspiration from US street food to offer up a range of classic handmade sandwiches stuffed with premium, seasonal ingredients. An interest in curing and fermenting has resulted in housemade pickles, dressings and condiments, as well as meats like 12-hour smoked brisket and pastrami. The menu will be tweaked to suit the season, with a different special on offer each week. Drinks may be added to the menu in the future, but for now the lads have found a winning formula of pulling up outside local watering holes to line Brisbane bellies.
