Little Beirut
At the tail end of 2016, Indooroopilly cafe The Humble Quinoa transformed into a lively and energetic Lebanese bistro Little Beirut. Owner Will Samra returned to his roots, opting to showcase an extensive range of Middle Eastern bites centred on mezze and platters. Felafels, batata harra (fried potatoes with garlic), Lebanese sausages and pizzas and kibbeh are all available on the menu, as is a selection of eight platters boasting various morsels piled high. Little Beirut’s new bar serves up a selection of wine, cocktails and beer, while a sisha station is on hand for post-meal relaxation. Little Beirut also hosts belly dancers on Friday and Saturday nights, and will be offering Sunday sessions through out 2017.
