Lily Restaurant is the pub’s newest eatery, a airy space serving up seasonal modern Australian cuisine. Head chef Brad Casey has crafted a delightful menu of autumnal delights, ranging from cob loaves with olive tapenade, wagyu beef bresaola, chicken ballotine with pistachio and sage stuffing, beef brisket with sweet potato, gnocchi with Swiss and king brown mushrooms, and citrus cheesecake with peppered strawberry. The bar backs up the cuisine ably, with a wide-ranging selection of beverages including local craft and international beers, aperitifs and cocktails, tap wines and a stellar back-bar selection of spirits.
