Les Folies de Paris

For several years, Monsieur Macaron has been one of Brisbane’s most popular and best producers of moreish macarons. As of June 2015, the talented pastry chefs behind Monsieur Macaron have been selling the sweet treats and more from Les Folies de Paris, a French patisserie and bakery located on the corner of Water and Kennigo Streets in Spring Hill. The quaint store boasts cabinets containing 15 macaron flavours as well as classic French pastries such as eclairs, chocolate and almond croissants and Paris brest as well as savoury options including croque monsieur, quiches, pies and sausage rolls. Patrons can also buy baguettes and loaves of freshly baked bread, as well as takeaway coffee from Di Bella.
