La Vosh Patisserie
Owner, Stephen Day opened the doors to La Vosh Patisserie in 2010 and has since gained a loyal following. Known best for its New York-style bagels, La Vosh Patisserie crafts traditional boiled-then-baked bagels in an array of tasty flavour combinations – Blueberry, Cinnamon and Raisin, Choc Chip, Onion, The Everything Bagel, Jalapeno, Soy and Linseed, Wholemeal, Plain Poppy Seed, Sesame Seek and Rock Salt. Handmade French pastries, almond croissants, macarons, petit fours, yeast-free jam donuts, cakes, brioche and gourmet pies are baked fresh daily. La Vosh Patisserie is also the only bakery in Brisbane that bakes Jewish Challah Bread each Friday.
