Italian cuisine is all about sharing the love, and La Stazione Pizzeria and Bar keeps that tradition going strong. Situated at the base of Milton Residences on Railway Terrace, La Stazione plates up authentic Italian dishes that emulate the communal aspect of family dinners. Marco De Vincentiis and Luca Giacomin of Gold Coast and Byron Bay eatery Cicchetti have linked up with Sam Mustafa of Local & Co. for the venue, employing Italian chef Fabio Ricciardi to helm the kitchen. The menu on offer boasts a range of dishes to sample amongst friends and family, with standouts including Coopers Shoot tomatoes filled with creamy burrata cheese, pesto and black olive crumbs, as well as crispy-skin pork belly roulade with apple chutney, red wine jus and sweet potato chips, and goat cheese and chive house-made gnocchi with chunky veal ragu and pecorino cheese.
