A year on from opening its West End gelato lab, La Macelleria unveiled its third location at Coorparoo Square. The dessert hotspot is situated underneath Dendy Cinemas, and offers up the gelateria’s signature range of creamy delights delivered daily from West End. Alongside La Macelleria’s signature range of artisan gelato, the creamery also hawks indulgent gelato milk shakes. Your choice of two flavours and mixed into a thick consistency, then finished with a selection of toppers. We’re talking caramel and raspberry sauce, chopped pistachios and chocolate pearls, or a shot of coffee and whipped cream. Decadent doesn’t even begin to describe it. The gelateria’s fridge is also well provisioned with mini cones, ice-cream sandwiches, gelato cannolis, gelato pops and cakes.
