Kokoro Bento


Come lunchtime, Kokoro Bento is a vibrant eatery, satisfying folk with offerings of sushi, noodles, ramen and traditional Japanese donburi. Speciality Maki Sushi is arranged like a work of art, each filled with a different mix. The Alaska Roll is made with crab meat, cucumber and avocado topped with fresh salmon and a lashing of teriyaki sauce, while the Caterpillar is filled with cooked tuna and cucumber and layered with thin slices of avocado and flying fish roe. Other customary morsels include Takoyaki, Edamame, Wakame Salad and Tori Karaage.
