Come lunchtime, Kokoro Bento is a vibrant eatery, satisfying folk with offerings of sushi, noodles, ramen and traditional Japanese donburi. Speciality Maki Sushi is arranged like a work of art, each filled with a different mix. The Alaska Roll is made with crab meat, cucumber and avocado topped with fresh salmon and a lashing of teriyaki sauce, while the Caterpillar is filled with cooked tuna and cucumber and layered with thin slices of avocado and flying fish roe.
