Fortitude Valley’s coffee scene grew in March 2022 with the opening of hole-in-the-wall espresso joint Keep 15. This piccolo-sized caffeinery is nestled within the revitalised Stewart & Hemmant building, with its cosy tenancy transformed into a takeaway only dispensary. Keep 15 serves espresso-based coffees made using beans from Sunshine Coast roaster Tim Adams Specialty Coffee as well as iced teas, milkshakes and a concise grab-and-go food offering. Keep 15 will look to offer a drive-through coffee on Marshall Street via an order ahead app.
