The restaurant and bar is open seven days a week, serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside an impressive wine list curated by renowned award-winning sommelier Ian Trinkle. Must-try bites include dippy eggs with a sprinkling of bacon crumbs, heirloom-tomato frittatas with whipped fetta and sweetcorn fritters with tomato relish and bacon for breakfast, and kingfish tacos, prawn sandwiches, crispy woodfired pizzas, blue swimmer crab linguine for lunch and dinner.
