GJ Singh’s IndiMex took food fusion to whole new levels when he unveiled his combination of Indian and Mexican cuisine to the world. As both cuisines are built upon generations of refinement, it can be hard to fathom how either could be improved, but IndiMex has shown how Indian and Mexican food can complement and enhance the other, creating a whole new culinary nook to explore. IndiMex opened up its second location in Milton towards the end of 2017, bringing this fiery combination to locals with a welcoming space on Baroona Road. This eatery offers up a great mix of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including the likes of the Bombay Benedict Brekkie, Bunny Chow burgers, signature tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos, plus scintillating mains and sweets.
