Indian at Paddo

The chefs at Indian at Paddo believe ‘Mums make most the nutritious dishes, with robust flavours and rustic undertones’. This new Paddington hole-in-the-wall serves similar cuisine, but ensures that the flavours are well-balanced and that the presentation is contemporary. Indian cuisine is as varied as its terrain, with the Indian at Paddo dine-in and takeaway menu drawing on influences from the Punjab region to the rich Kashmiri dishes of the snow-capped Himalayas to the simple vegan cuisine of palm-fringed coasts of the south. The Latrobe Terrace locale uses fresh local produce and authentic spices from Punjab to combine classical traditional recipes with a modern twist.
