Pop into Il Centro and grab a two-course lunch for only $39 or a three-course lunch for $49 per person. Start off with your choice of sumptuous Italian flavours in the form of bruschetta with mortadella, mozzarella, rocket and green olive tapenade or saffron arancini, scamorza, tomato sugo, and grated pecorino. The main affair is a choice between freshly-caught fish with salsa verde, cabernet reduction, house salad and beer battered chips or carnaroli risotto, spring peas, prosciutto, asparagus, mascarpone, mint and lemon. To finish with something sweet, get stuck into a limoncello pannacotta with lemon soil, blueberry compote, pistachio gelato or the melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate semi freddo, almond brittle and blood orange sorbet.
