HUB Cafe Kitchen

Much to the pleasure of eager Ashgrove residents, HUB Cafe Kitchen opened in July 2014, offering Brisbane’s inner-northwest a new style of dining. Serving up share plates, woodfired pizzas, nibbles and coffee across breakfast, lunch and dinner, HUB Cafe Kitchen aims to provide patrons with a dining experience more commonly found in the more foodie suburbs of the city, such as Teneriffe and West End. The owners – successful restaurateur Sandro Romano and chef John Lambkin – deliver a style of cuisine that allows patrons to indulge in a variety of freshly prepared meals designed to be shared in a way that you can enjoy a multitude of different flavours all in the one experience. Fashionably designed, this heritage-listed, corner store-style cafe combines the feel of yesteryear with stylish modern furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming destination to share food and enjoy the company of family, friends and colleagues. The central location makes HUB perfect for the casual mid-morning cup of the cafe’s own coffee blend, complemented perfectly with a housemade sweet or savoury snack whilst looking across to the trees of Stewart Place Park Memorial.
