Neighbourhood Japanese restaurant, Hosokawa Japanese Restaurant has quickly garnered a reputation for fresh Japanese and traditional flavours. Owners Michiko Marunishi and Akio Hosokawa are passionate about honest Japanese cuisine, serving customary morsels such as teriyaki, tonkatsu, tempura, sushi and sashimi. Those lucky enough to be seated at the four-person sushi bar, can witness the expert knife skills of the head chef as he carefully prepares sashimi and sushi with delicacy. The small dining space only holds a dozen or so tables, so be sure to book in advance.
