Hitching Post’s menu is divided into an express lunch and dinner menu, starting with Noosa coastie fish and chips and wagyu beef burgers, and going all the way through to spicy pork sliders, pan-seared Tasmanian salmon, charcoal-grilled spatchcock and succulent eye fillets.
