Hello Harry is a fast expanding burger joint franchise that originated on the Sunshine Coast. Hello Harry’s Portside location is one of the first wave of expansion spots, joining Caloundra and Forest Lake with Milton set to arrive in the near future. The premise of Hello Harry is simple – good burgers, made with good ingredients by proper chefs, promptly. Hello Harry’s menu offers eight burgers plus a rotating special from week to week. Each burger is laid on brioche buns baked daily from a centralised kitchen in Bowen Hills, and features ingredients that complement each other taste wise. Beef burgers, pulled pork burgers and grilled chicken varieties are available, as are other salivation-worthy options like Queensland barramundi and Texan barbecue brisket. Sides include beer battered chips coated in a special seasoning of chilli salt, refried onions and garlic salt, and come in a ‘loaded’ variety – topped with cheese, green onions and bacon. Patrons can also order drinks from the bar, including tap beer, cider, wine and select spirits.
