Happy Valley Brewing Company
Happy Valley Brewing Company is a warm and welcoming craft-beer brewery and taproom located in the heart of Stafford. Named as tribute to Stafford’s early history (back when it was named Happy Valley), the brewery hopes to double as a community hub open to folks from all walks of live. The gleaming brewing apparatus sits along one wall, where sippers can spy the brewing team as they tinker with recipes for new beer batches. The bar boasts 11 taps, which cycle through an ever-changing selection of beers. While Happy Valley’s taps will always feature recognisable beer types (pale ales, IPAs, red ales, stouts, German-style wheat beers and mid-strength brews are common fixtures), the ingredients to create each drop will vary month to month – so avid hop heads and froth fanatics will find something new to sample often. As for nosh, snacks are available at the bar and food trucks pop up with regularity, ensuring stomachs are lined and ready for another schooner. Current capacity restrictions limit Happy Valley’s taproom to 50 patrons, spread across the main floor and a private mezzanine space at the venue’s rear.
