Gyoza Bar Ann


Thriving gyoza bar, Ann Gyoza Bar serves up crispy-bottomed Japanese gyoza, with bento and tower boxes featuring at lunchtime. The Tower Box is a menu staple, with green salad, sushi, rice with a main of gyoza, teriyaki chicken or karaage. Chef  Takeshi Murase creates the gyoza that comes with chicken, pork, vegetable, cheese, seafood or spicy filings, served sizzling in its pan, straight from hot plate to table. At dinner, Sweet Chilli Chicken Karaage, Crab Claws and Okonomiyaki feature on the extended menu, with Edamame an essential starter and Sakura Daifuku with Green Tea Ice-cream to finish. A liquor licence is on the way, with seven types of Japanese beer and both cold and hot sake ready to grace eager plates.
