Grassfed Plant Based

Lauded chef Alejandro Caninco (ex-Urbane) announced a new venture towards the tail-end of 2018, one that combined is passion for vegan-friendly cuisine and casual dining. The celebrated vegan chef has partnered with Brisbane Vegan Markets founder John Garrison on casual plant-based eatery Grassfed, bringing together each of their creations under one roof. Grassfed will showcase Alejandro’s recently launched alternative protein vEEF (through his plant-based Fënn Foods) and John’s popular I Should Coco Ice Cream (coconut soft serve), with a simple plant-based menu consisting of six burgers, three sides and four ice-creams. The burgers available at Grass Fed are exclusive to the intimate Fish Lane eatery, with Alejandro creating special vEEF blends that won’t be available anywhere else.
