Glasshouse Bar

Any native Queenslander knows (and any tourist visiting our fair state quickly discovers) that the Glass House Mountains National Park is one of the most breathtaking natural beauties within close proximity to Brisbane. With that in mind, Glasshouse Bar at Brisbane Airport aims to pay tribute to Queensland and the striking mountain range with a food and drink offering featuring the best local produce available. Those embarking, disembarking, welcoming or farewelling loved ones are invited to take a seat in front of the Domestic Terminal windows and watch planes come and go while they browse the menu. The eats at Glasshouse Bar extend across breakfast bites for the early flyers through to small plates, sides and mains for later in the day. If you need to line your stomach before an early morning long-haul flight, tuck into a selection of artisan pastries, free-range eggs sourced from Tamborine Mountain, breakfast rolls with smoked bacon, tomato and wilted spinach, or crushed avocado on sourdough toast. Later in the day, the kitchen starts cooking up the likes of hot dogs with double smoked bacon and Berliner bockwurst, barbecue chicken wings with blue-cheese dressing, beef sliders, superfood salads, crispy soft-shell crab buns and much more. If you are simply after a pre-flight drink, Glasshouse Bar is amply stocked with tap and bottled beer (including choice drops from local brewmasters Green Beacon Brewing), wine and spirits for a cheeky cocktail.

Opening hours are subject to change based on flight schedules.
