Farrier

Known for its sizeable pub lunches and as a prime Friday knock-off spot, the Queen’s Arms Hotel has added another notch to its belt with the opening of Farrier, Brisbane’s only late night supper club, in June 2015. Blending sophistication and intimacy, Farrier’s cellar location has been divided into hidden nooks, with modern take on the pub atmosphere. The menu is one of the biggest drawcards of Farrier, with an emphasis on late-night service sure to bring in ravenous punters fresh from a night on the town. Head Chef Jason Anderson has created a menu of street-style Asian-influenced cuisine, with braised meats and fresh salads on the table as well as crave-worthy items such as steamed pork buns. The kitchen will be open all day and will carry on until 2:00 am every morning.
