Edward Specialty Coffee


Edward Specialty Coffee is the brainchild of coffee aficionado Abhi Gupta, who certainly knows a thing or two about coffee. Abhi has spent several years working with boutique Sydney-based White Horse Coffee and has now brought its beans to Queensland for the very first time. Not satisfied with simply introducing a new coffee roaster to Brisbane, Abhi was meticulous with the set-up of Edward Specialty Coffee, right down to the finest details. The fit-out of the coffee shop has a distinct heritage feel, drawing on the historical architecture of the ANZAC Square Arcade within which it resides. While the aesthetic details have been carefully considered, however, nothing has been refined more than the coffee offering at Edward. Your coffee order will dictate the coffee that is ground and poured for you. Milk-based orders use White Horse’s house blend, alongside two different single origins – one specifically for long blacks, one specifically for espressos. Chai lattes and hot chocolates are also available, as well as grab-and-go raw treats from My Plate Clean Treats and fresh pastries from Danny’s Bread.
