Sharpen those sweet teeth, people – there’s a new dessert destination in town. Edible cookie-dough dispensary DoughLord opened to the public on at the beginning of summer 2017, taking over the tenancy once occupied by Shlix on Brunswick Street. We’ve all heard the warnings about eating raw cookie dough, but there’s no risk of an upset tummy here – DoughLord’s product doesn’t contain eggs so there’s no risk of salmonella. The dough on offer here is moreish and rich in flavour without relying on stacks of sugar. DoughLord offers eight flavour combinations made daily, including the likes of almond and white chocolate, peanut butter brownie, quad choc and a salty but sweet variety. As if that wasn’t enough, turn your dough (or doughs) of choice into a sundae with a good helping of soft-serve ice-cream to go with it.
