Cup Specialty Coffee opens new roastery and cafe

West End favourite Cup Specialty Coffee this week opened a new roastery and cafe space in Woolloongabba. A connoisseur of perfectly crafted coffee, Cup operates on a feel-good vibe about the care and quality that goes into each cup.

Always overflowing with a vibrant community of loyalists and casual drinkers who either pass through en route or like to linger, the West End cafe had pretty much hit capacity. Now those who enjoy the specialty grade, seasonal, traceable beans ground and extracted into the comforting black demitasses of West End, can enjoy a flavoursome drop in the raw and ample surrounds of the new Woolloongabba roastery.

Utilising his past skills as a carpenter, owner Josh Russell has handcrafted various wooden detailing about the warehouse space, creating an industrial yet homely ambience. Sleek Mistral and Slayer machines perfect your coffee’s extraction, while a selection of pastries will tempt the peckish.
