Bean On Dean

Owners Ashleigh and Tracey Vorias have transformed Bean On Dean into a charming cafe replete with vibrant street art, jars sprouting with herbs, salvaged furniture and industrial lighting. Rustic wooden cafe tables sit atop vintage singer sewing machine bases, herbs grow in the courtyard and vintage cotton spools are used as table numbers. The menu is full of simple delicious fare sporting humorous names. Try the Flabbergast – walnut, ricotta and cream cheese spread with prosciutto, rocket and beetroot & sumac relish on sourdough, rye or gluten-free rice & pumpkin bread – or the Kerfuffle with avocado, Danish feta, rocket, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sink into a recycled coffee sack ottoman and enjoy a creamy Campos coffee and a spot of reading in the peaceful ambience.
