As the sunlight filters through the creeping vines of Grey Street, bowls of fresh pasta and slabs of tiramisu are making their way onto tables at Dell’Ugo Trattoria. Conceived as the more relaxed offshoot of Dell’Ugo South Bank, the venue lines the main restaurant but boasts a completely different menu. The food offerings have been stripped back to focus on traditional Italian street fare and, from 5:30 pm, the trattoria takes it down a notch, with the food menu being replaced by a simple selection of Italian cheeses, desserts and antipasto boards to share.
