Dayboro Sugar Mill – Opening Soon

A historic site in the heart of charming Moreton Bay village Dayboro will soon be home to a brand-new restaurant, catering to both residents and blow-ins alike. Dayboro Sugar Mill is set to open on Williams Street in the space previously home to Mill Creek Cafe, just a stone’s throw from where an old sugar mill used to operate next to Terror’s Creek. The brainchild of a young team of operators, Dayboro Sugar Mill will be putting a fresh spin on the easy-breezy country town local, blending history and modernity into something fun that all comers can enjoy. A host of local ingredients will filter into a menu that’s anchored by a range of Australian country-style burgers and sides, backed by a solid selection of mainstream and craft beers.
