Chargrilled nibbles and flamboyant cocktails meet a 360° city view at Dandy’s Rooftop Bar in the recently renovated South Brisbane icon. The rooftop garden bar takes design cues from the tennis clubs of yesteryear and combines a colourful birdcage-laden bar with hanging white pendants that symbolise tennis balls when viewed from the street below. The new venue also features a chargrill kitchen pumping out dishes, which are sure to sate the appetite after a cocktail or two. Dandy’s signature frozen ginger beer brew boasts a freshly pressed ginger and ale spice mix, which has done time in the slushie machine.
