Creole Soul Kitchen

Tucked away on Boundary Street in Spring Hill is one of Brisbane’s most unique eateries. Creole Soul Kitchen blends the flavours of the spicy Louisiana cuisine with the tried and true flavours of Italy. Offering po’boys, pizza, pasta and soups, Creole Soul Kitchen has something for everyone at lunch, with dinner service to come in the future. The extensive po’boy selection includes creole stapes such as Andouille sausage (made on site), fried prawn, roast beef and soft-shell crab, while the pizzas are topped with a range of ingredients and are named after iconic Louisiana landmarks. The pasta menu will offer patrons the chance to build their own pasta with five and six sauce options and proteins, allowing patrons to indulge in the true Louisiana style or enjoy their favourite Italian flavours. The following weeks will see Creole Soul Kitchen add a dinner service, with a menu of specials offering more signature Creole meals such as jambalaya arancini and fried ravioli tuna tacos. The bar stocks a range of boutique beers, a curated selection of medium-bodied wines from Spain and Italy as well as a cocktail list full of the classics.
