Joining locations on Albert and Queen Streets, Cremosa Espresso Bar on Adelaide Street is the third addition of its kind to Brisbane City’s cafe scene. The wood-clad cube of a coffee stop serves Cremosa’s award-winning signature blend of coffee, which was developed and tweaked over an eight-month period with the good folk over at Supreme Roasters. Owners Fabio Strati and Orazio D’Arro enjoy injecting a little of the Italian lifestyle into every day, meaning paninis and pastries are on hand to accompany your lunchtime cup, alongside Byron Bay Cookie Company treats and Tea Drop tea for the non-coffee drinker.
