The dynamic duo has added a third venue to their rapidly growing portfolio with Coppa Spuntino, an aperitif bar and pizzeria located on Creek Street in the Brisbane CBD. Sitting near Red Hook, Coppa doubles as an authentic Italian pizza joint and a stylish charcuterie bar, serving delicious Italian food paired with Italian and Australian-Italian wines and an aperitivo heavy cocktail list. For breakfast, patrons can order traditional favourites with an Italian twist, and lunch includes a takeaway selection of paninis and salads or a dine-in selection of ciabatta, salad and pizzettas. The dinner menu will include small plates and wood-fired pizzettas which are perfect for sharing.
