Wine and charcuterie are two of our favourite things, so when a new wine and charcuterie bar opens we tend to get a little bit excited. Copado opened on Macquarie Street in Teneriffe in mid-2017 in the space formerly occupied by Urban Cellars. The wine bar is the brainchild of The Dalgety Public House’s Mic Uebergang and entrepreneur Jordan Grives, and serves up a curated selection of interesting and independent wines alongside Spanish-style share plates and charcuterie. With its name translating to ‘copious’, we think you can expect to have a rather indulgent time at Copado, especially when you can construct your dream nibbles platter from a selection of delightful salami, prosciutto, jamon and salumi, paired your meat choice with some soft, blue or hard cheese, pickled baby figs, mixed olives, rustic bread, lightly smoked sardines, anchovy fillets, clams, and more.
