Collective Kitchen & Bar
Collective Kitchen & Bar brings together the talents of James and Alisha Kelleher (former co-owners of jak+hill in Spring Hill) and Sunshine Coast chef Scott Price, who have drawn on their combined knowledge and love of food. Overlooking Cathedral Square and St John’s Cathedral, Collective Kitchen & Bar stretches out over a vast indoor-outdoor space, with natural light spilling in through the wide windows and over the alfresco dining area. Breakfast is simple and easy – think toasted muesli, buttermilk pancakes and smashed avo with a selection of sides. Come lunch and dinner, however, the star of the kitchen is the custom-made charcoal grill, which churns out the likes of roasted lamb shoulder, grilled spatchcock and a selection of steaks. Small bites include soft-shell crab tacos and crispy pork belly bao, or for something a little larger you can munch on the likes of crispy whole market fish with green papaya salad, or choose from the list of pizzas and burgers.
