Clayfield Markets is a warehouse of gourmet produce, which sits on the intersection between Sandgate and Junction Roads in Clayfield. The grocer declares itself to be a peddler of ‘fresh fruit and veg, flowers and deli’  – a statement you’ll find to be decidedly modest once you step inside its doors. A range of fresh fruits and vegetables create a rainbow display across the floor, with exotic additions to the norm including whole coconuts. Take to the adjoining deli and you’ll find a wall of dips and cheeses selected from all over the world, as well as a selection of cold meats, olives and antipasto for entertaining friends. International nibbles and treats are also available, from Italian cookies and cakes to specialty couscous, rice, grains and breads.
