Canter & Colt
The scenic beauty of Samford is second only to the fresh organic creations on the plate and in the glass at raw organic cafe Canter & Colt. Owned by brother-and-sister team Rob and Carina Mystek, the petite space takes up residence on the Four Seasons Organics porch. The cafe sources all of its fresh produce from the adjoining food store, pleasing palates with 100% raw smoothies, cold-pressed juices, loose-leaf teas, Montville Coffee and wholesome breakfast and lunch items. Canter & Colt’s sustainable approach extends beyond the food, with Rob designing the fit-out himself and building it by hand with the help of his father.
