Buffalo Bar


Roll in to Brisbane City’s Buffalo Bar for an American meat feast of epic proportions. With 18 signature styles of buffalo wings, American grill favourites like charred chicken marinated in Blue Star Wheat Beer, slow-smoked beef brisket and ten-inch hoagie subs for lunch, this place isn’t for the faint hearted. Brought to you by the mob originally behind Fortitude Valley’s Mighty Mighty cue & brew, Buffalo Bar boasts dining hall, whisky lounge and beer garden. Its Victorian-era bones have been given an internal facelift by interior designer Kati Watkinson (of Nicole Weston Architect), crafting an ambient inner-city space to test out the 25 taps of US beer, specialty cocktails and American whiskys.
