Bucci is an Italian restaurant and bar in the heart of the James Street precinct. Set partly beneath the street level, Bucci is a basement-like space a world away from the bustling atmosphere above. Inside the dimly lit restaurant are polished timber floors, a long communal table set with red chairs and an open kitchen stretching along the cavernous space. Bucci is known for serving light Italian food using seasonal ingredients, with a particular emphasis on organic, local, free-range and sustainably farmed produce. Seafood lovers will appreciate the Linguine Al Granchio served with local spanner crab, chilli, parsley and lemon.
