Just a few blocks away from Di Bella’s headquarters, Boutique Espresso is an intimate space that focuses on specialty coffee blends and alternate coffee-brewing methods. Two different grinders grind the beans, with all beans destined for black coffee being put through a naked filter to ensure the elixir doesn’t come into contact with metal at any point. Each day, a cold brew is available, as well as pour-over coffee methods including stove top, V60 and Chemex. Those eager to become their own at-home barista can also request a demonstration from the staff on the different ways to prepare coffee. The idea is to rotate brewing methods and offer a single-origin blend of the month to ensure different styles of coffee are always available. Light meals are also on-hand.
