Founders Jay and Anu have used their time in their previous home city to recreate an authentic taste experience that mimics the true NYC experience, where pizza is pretty much a religion. Although the soul of the company lies in New York, three of the company’s most important ingredients are imported directly from Italy (you know, the actual birthplace of pizza) – the flour, tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella that form the cornerstone of any good pie all come from Europe. It’s not just about the pizza – you can also find a range of American-style sides and eats like chilli cheese fries, Philly cheesesteaks and wings, as well as perfectly stuffed calzones and saucy ribs.
