Fortitude Valley will scored a brand-new bottle shop, coffee spot and providore in 2022 from the crew behind long-running music venue The Zoo. The appropriately titled Booze brings together a host of essentials, from high-end hooch and caffeine to locally made provisions and music merch. On the alcohol front, Booze stocks a range of predominantly Australian natural and organic wines, a mix of craft and mainstream beers, some stellar sake, and an assortment of artisanal spirits. A coffee machine is pouring brews from 12:00 pm until real late, while Zoopreme Pizzeria upstairs dispenses a six-strong menu of pizzas to take away from 5:00 pm Wednesday to Sunday. Booze also stocks a range of vinyl and band merch, with a broad array of tunes (everything from metal to alt country) available from international and local acts.
