Bass Espresso

Housed in a light-filled cottage on Boundary Street, Bass Espresso is bringing coffee, tea and a side serving of soul to West End. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger long after you’ve drained your Tanzanian single-origin 75% hot chocolate. Visitors can even BYO their own milk of choice and hungry bellies can be sated with a range of nibbles. Music runs thick through the veins of Bass Espresso, with owner Glenn Holliday (a double bassist in the Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra) even crafting custom furniture pieces to mimic his muse.
