Although we might not be travelling to Italy, Bar Roma at Brisbane Airport’s Domestic Terminal is dedicated to giving travellers a taste of some authentic Italian fare regardless. Blending modern trattoria aesthetics with a menu of stellar Italian flavours, Bar Roma is one of the finest spots to take a pre-flight breather. The breakfast menu offers the likes of ciabattas, savoury omelettes, eggs benedict and more, while the lunch and dinner menu is chock-full of pizzas, traditional Sicilian lasagne and bruschetta, as well as unbeatable favourites such as burgers, salt and pepper calamari and Thai-style red curry chicken.
