Banneton Bakery’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that as a food staple, bread must be naturally delicious, wholesome and made without the use of artificial improvers or additives. Banneton Bakery uses only natural ingredients and time-honoured traditional methods to build flavour and texture to avoid damaging the delicate structure of the dough. Almost every loaf is baked in the custom-made wood-fired oven, bestowing a unique aroma and textured crust. There is a range of thoughtfully balanced sourdoughs, traditional French baguettes, Italian ciabatta, focaccia, olive with fresh rosemary, Latvian rye and a host of others. Banneton Bakery’s in house cafe invite visitors to indulge in buttery light pastries and sweets, savouries, gourmet sandwiches and rich coffee.
