Arrosto Bar and Grill

It doesn’t take much of a drop in temperature for our stomachs to start craving the warming deliciousness of winter comfort food. Luckily for us, Arrosto Bar and Grill opened in Paddington just as the cooler change arrived in Brisbane. The name Arrosto itself – meaning ‘roast’ in Italian – should give you an idea of what’s on offer. We’re talking low, slow and wholesome dishes will warm you from the inside out, with the likes of baby back ribs, finger-lickin’ duck wings, lip-smackin’ spatchcock, Black Angus porterhouse steaks, wood-fired pizzas and charcuterie featuring prominently. Breakfast is also available, with a range of takeaway bites and classic dine-in options on offer for early birds. The next few weeks will see Arrosto Bar and Grill offer tap wine served in carafes and beer chosen to complement the food, but coffee from Fonzie Abbott is available from 6:00 am for commuters to wrap their hands around.
