Damian Griffiths has never been a man to sit idly, raking in the spoils of his hospitality empire. Like any pioneer, he has continuously sought out ways to bolster Brisbane’s dining scene with new concepts, and the latest shake-up in his portfolio looks to further introduce new cuisine to the Fortitude Valley scene. Alfredo’s Pizzeria closed in September 2017 to make way for Alf’s Place – a home for a continuously transforming restaurant concept that will put forth a new pop-up each week. From American barbecue to late-night feeds, Alf’s Place will add a bit of variety to Brisbane’s dining array. Follow Alf’s Place on Facebook and Instagram to get updates on the outfits that will be setting up shop each weekend.
