Next door to forthcoming Death & Taxes on Burnett Lane sit Spanish delicatessen-style tapas bar Alba Bar and Deli. Alba is the first solo venture from chef Jamie Fleming, who has taken inspiration from the old town of San Sebastián and the hip-hop culture New York City for the hideaway. The bar is open from midday to midnight, serving a selection of house-made Spanish ‘bocadillo’ sandwiches, bite-sized pintxos and tinned fish alongside a curated selection of sessionable beers, Spanish wine, cider and sherry- and wine-based cocktails.
