Singaporean 4Fingers Crispy Chicken opened its first Brisbane store in mid-2017 at Westfield Chermside’s new food precinct and quickly followed it up with a second store on Albert Street in Brisbane City. With an aim to move away from traditional fast-food chains, 4Fingers focuses on quality and sustainability, serving free-range hormone-free chicken, freshly baked buns and kimslaw (kimchi coleslaw) fermented on site. The menu features Asian-inspired flavours, promising to pack a spicy punch. If you want something a bit more than just fried chicken, 4Fingers offers protein-filled combo options such as rice boxes served with kimchi coleslaw, chicken, calamari or tofu, as well as battered shrimp and salad.
